THE HOME:
Welcome to Hillside Wine Escape, situated in the upscale Westside of Templeton. Spanning 2,350 square feet, this spacious abode offers a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious suite with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bath, and a walk-out balcony. On the lower level, you'll find three additional bedrooms, two furnished with king beds and one with two full beds. Each bedroom boasts a smart TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this level, along with easy access to the hot tub on the lower patio. On the main entry level, the luxurious suite awaits with its own en-suite bathroom and a private deck that overlooks the captivating northeastern views. Additionally, a half bathroom is accessible from the main living areas on this level. The open dining room seamlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to cater to the needs of enthusiastic entertainers. Featuring ample counter space, a six-burner stove, updated stainless steel appliances, and large windows bathing the area in morning light, the kitchen is a haven for culinary delights.
LIVING AREA:
Unwind in the sunlit stepdown living area, adorned with two comfortable sofas. The dining room comfortably accommodates six people and includes two highchairs for young children. BEDROOMS & BATHS:
This accommodation can sleep up to 12 guests. It features three brand new king-size beds, two full beds, a portable crib for families with young children, a sleeper sofa in the living room and 2 couches. The spacious luxury suite offers a plush king-size bed and a 55-inch smart TV, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite shows while relaxing in bed or the ample sitting area. The ensuite bathroom is upgraded and includes both a soaking tub and a shower. Two of the bedrooms on the lower level are furnished with plush king-size beds and 42-inch smart TVs, while the third bedroom features two full beds and a 42-inch smart TV. A full-size bathroom is also available on this level.
OUTDOOR AREA:
The Hillside Wine Escape boasts several outdoor spaces where guests can unwind and appreciate the surroundings. On the upper deck, you can grill steaks on the gas grill and savor alfresco meals at the outdoor dining table, while enjoying remarkable views of the rolling hills. After dinner, head down to the patio, which features a comfortable seating area and a fire pit. For ultimate relaxation, take advantage of the new 7-person hot tub, enhanced with LED lighting inside and out. The spa offers comfortable chairs, a cool down seat, a large footwell with hydromassage, and rotary jets.
NEARBY RESTAURANTS & MORE:
Despite being a small town, Templeton offers a variety of dining options. McPhee's is highly recommended for special occasions, while Pig Iron and Jack's are local favorites. Enjoy a glass of wine along with appetizers or a cheese platter at 15 Degrees Wine Bar. For breakfast, you can start your day at Joe's for an All-American breakfast or visit the Kitchenette for a more gourmet breakfast or lunch. Once you've explored Templeton's restaurants, Paso's dining scene is also outstanding, offering a wide range of cuisines, including a Speakeasy called 1122. Wine and food enthusiasts will find themselves in heaven with numerous excellent wineries within a 5-mile radius. Tin City, just three miles away, offers wine and beer tastings as well as a variety of restaurants. If you're in the mood for the ocean, it's just a 30-minute drive via Highway 46.

Conveniently, Trader Joe's is located less than a mile away, and J & R Meats offers local grass-fed beef and other meats in the same shopping plaza. Pier 46, the area's top fish market and restaurant, can also be found there. In downtown Templeton, Nature's Touch Nursery and Harvest is a fully organic grocery store that supports local farmers. For larger grocery needs, Albertson's and Food for Less are both approximately 5 miles away in different directions.

For the security of our property against potential break-ins and theft, we have installed a doorbell camera, outdoor security cameras, and one camera in the garage. These cameras record both audio and video footage. Please note that there are no cameras installed indoors.
We welcome children and dogs, and our property features a fully fenced backyard to ensure their safety.
